01: Meet & assist through
formalities at Cairo int’l airport, transfer
to the hotel, overnight.

| Day
02: A leisurely sightseeing day in and around Africa’s
largest metropolis starts at the Egyptian Museum
with Tutankhamon’s fabulous treasures. On to Giza
for a close-up look at the enigmatic Sphinx and
the great Pyramids.

03: Drive through the fertile Nile Delta to the
Mediterranean seaport of Alexandria. Visit the Greco-Roman
Museum. Pompey’s huge red granite pillar
and the intriguingly decorated Catacombs. Some
leisure time to stroll around the narrow lanes and
shop before returning to Cairo.

04: Leave Cairo at 8:00 am and travel to ancient Memphis
to admire the 40 ft statue of Ramses II and
the
Alabaster Sphinx. On to Sakkara
“Stairway to the Sky”, the oldest of all the Pyramids.
Transfer to the airport for flight to Aswan.
Transfer to hotel Aswan.

05: Early transfer to airport for sandstone temples of Abu
Simbel, Ramses II and Nefertari.
Back to Aswan, embarkation on ship, afternoon
felucca round sails O/N on board.

06: After breakfast, enjoy an excursion to the Old Dam and
the gigantic Aswan High Dam completed
in 1970.Board a motor launch to the island of Phiale
to visit the temple of Isis. Also stop at the
ancient granite quarries to see the famous Unfinished
Obelisk. Back to the ship and sail to Kom Ombo
to visit Sobek temple and open air market. The
day ends in the City of Edfu on the bank of
the Nile. Over night on the ship. Meals included.

07: Board horse-drawn carriages for a drive through Edfu to
the temple of Horus with its menacing black
stone statue of the Falcon god. Later, re-board
your boat and sail to Luxor. Overnight on the
ship. All meals included.

08: Focus on the Valley of the Kings and Valley of the
Queens on west bank of the Nile. Visit Deir
El-Bahari, Queen Hatshepsut’s monumental
rock-cut temples. Stop for pictures at the two Clossi
of Memnon guarding the valley. Overnight on the
ship. All meals include.

| Day
09: Disembarkation & transfer to your hotel in the city of Luxor.
Visit the stunning monuments of Luxor and Karnak,
the greatest cities of Ancient Egypt. After
dinner attend a Sound and Light show at Karnak.

| Day
10: Transfer from hotel to Luxor airport for departure to
Cairo, Arrival at Cairo, there will be time
in the afternoon to visit the walled portion of “Old
Cairo” with Saladin’s 12th
century Citadel, Alabaster Mosque and
the labyrinthine bazaar. Board “farewell
dinner” cruise on the Nile to celebrate your
Egyptian tour. Drive back to the hotel.

11:
Transfer to airport and return flight
home.
